ADC is thorough in their evaluation, planning, and construction process and attempts to leave no unanswered questions prior to construction. This translates into no hidden or additional costs as the project progresses. ADC’s founders have determined they will only discuss additional cost if the customer decides to change the project scope after all contracts are executed and only if ADC incurs additional cost due to the change.

ADC actively involves the owner in all facets of the building process: design, planning, budgeting, timeline and construction. ADC specializes in Construction Management method of delivery, but also serves in various other roles such as, Construction Management at Risk, General Contracting and Sub-Contracting.
